![]() | Ingredients 400 gr chicken fillet 100 gr mayonnaise 200 gr natural cornflakes (should not be sweet) |
Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Cut the fillet into strips with a thickness around one finger. Add salt and mayonnaise and mix it. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes. Crumble the cornflakes. Roll each piece in the cornflake to cover it completely. Place fillets in a tray with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven, turning them once. |
